Want More Real Tiktok Followers?

TikTok videos can be up to 10 minutes long, but the average length for most TikToks is less than a minute. Given their short length, TikTok videos are ideal for downloading and watching even when you’re offline. Fortunately, TikTok allows users to save their own videos to their devices or download somebody else’s public videos. Where can you find your saved TikToks?

How To Save TikTok Videos

You can easily save your own or another creator’s videos to your device for offline viewing. To save another person’s video, just follow these steps:

  1. On the video you want to save, tap the Share button.
  2. Select Save Video to download the video to your device.

Alternatively, you can add videos you want to save for future reference in your TikTok profile’s Favorites tab. To favorite a video, just tap the bookmark icon on the right side of the video. To view your favorite videos, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Bookmark tab.
  3. You’ll find all your favorite TikToks within the Posts folder.

Your favorite videos appear in order of when you added them. Once you have videos in the Favorites tab, you can start a Collection to classify your favorites. Just swipe left from the Posts folder, then tap Create Collection.

If you want to save videos you create before posting them, you’ll see the Save option during the editing stage. On the Post page, you can also turn on the Save to Device option to download the video automatically after posting. TikTok now allows users to download their own videos without the TikTok watermark, so remember to turn on this option as well.

How To Find Saved TikToks

When you save a TikTok video, it automatically goes to your device’s gallery/album—whether it’s your own or somebody else’s. If you want to know how to find saved TikToks, just open your phone’s gallery and look in the Recent or Videos folder. Depending on your device, the saved video may also appear in your Camera folder.

How To View Saved Videos on TikTok on iPhone

Here’s how to view saved videos on TikTok on iPhone:

  1. Open your phone’s Photos app.
  2. Tap the Albums icon at the bottom.
  3. Find “Media Types” and select “Videos.”
  4. All your saved videos from TikTok should appear here.

How To See Your Saved TikToks on PC

If you’re using TikTok on a PC, the process of saving videos is slightly different.

  1. Go to the video you want to save.
  2. Right-click on the video.
  3. Select Download video.

Your PC will prompt you to select a folder for the video. You can also type in a new video name before saving it. After choosing where you want to store your TikToks, click Save. If you want to know how to see your saved TikToks on your PC, just open the folder you selected when you saved them. If you forgot which folder, you can use your computer’s search function and use the video name to search. You can also try searching for “video downloads.”

Alternatively, you can view your Google downloads by clicking the Download icon on the right side of the address bar.

Can You See Who Saved Your TikToks?

Can you see who saved your TikToks? Unfortunately, there’s no way to know who downloaded your videos. If you have a public account and don’t want to allow others to download your content to their devices, here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to your Profile.
  2. Tap the Menu in the upper right.
  3. Select Settings and Privacy.
  4. Select Privacy.
  5. Under Interactions, tap Downloads.
  6. Tap the toggle to turn off the download function.

You can also customize the privacy settings of individual videos to limit their audience. When you limit a video’s audience to only your Friends, for example, only this group of people can view and download the video.

TikTok permanently turns off the download function for private accounts. Keep in mind, however, that even if this option is off, other users can still share your video’s URL with anyone online. They may also use a third-party video downloader to save your video to their device.
